    I went to budget about a month ago to reaerve a car for a wedding out of town.Asked the guy at the desk not once but three times if they will for sure have the 8 seat car for me because there is 8 of us going. He guaranteed me 100% they will. Got to budget tonight and they did not have my car. They only had a 7 seat mini van for me!
    Very disappointed and will never rent from budget again! Thank God National/ Enterprise had a car for us otherwise we would be carless!
    Really bad service and not guaranteed cars once reaerved!
